Before you submit your first contribution, you will need to set up your preferred method of payment for your contribution payment. You can either select Direct Debit or Electronic Funds transfer (EFT)
Go to the settings tab on the left hand side. Select Contribution settings under SERVICES
Select ADD on the Contribution payment details area:
Here you can either select EFT or Direct Debit. You will need to select your preferred payment method.
Electronic funds transfer (EFT)
Select EFT and set as preferred
DIRECT DEBIT:
Select Direct Debit.
You will need to select the person who has authority on the nominated account. If you have the authority, please select “I have authority”
Complete the bank details for the account from where the contribution payments will be debited. Please tick the check boxes in the declaration:
Once complete, you will now see your preferred payment method. This can be updated at any time. You can change your preferred account or add another direct debit account.
