MANUAL GRID CONTRIBUTION:
Start with a BLANK GRID - Go to the employee field and start to enter the employees name or Employer ID
The employee field will pre populate with Employees name and member ID saved in the EMPLOYEES section of your portal. Select correct employee and select NEXT
Select ADD ROW to continue to add more employees
Once you have added all your employees and their data, select NEXT.
You will be presented with a summary of your contributions. Any errors (red banner) or warnings (yellow banner) will be shown along the screen. Any line items with a warning can still be submitted but will need to be rectified prior to the next pay run.
Any errors will need to be excluded for the contribution to be submitted
You can also export the errors and warnings
You can also FILTER, SEARCH and EXPORT data from your contribution prior to submission
FILTER:
If you select FILTER a side screen will appear. Here you can filter your contribution by:
- ALERTS
- FUNDS
- ORGANISATION
You can SEARCH the Contribution in the search field. You can search by:
- NAME
- ORGANISATION
- FUND
If you click on the hyperlink of the EMPLOYEE NAME, a summary of the employee details will be shown on the right hand side slide out. You can check the employees details
You can also EXPORT the data from your contribution in a CSV format by selecting the EXPORT function
You will be able to either EXPORT the entire grid or export the rows you would like to exclude. These may be the rows that contain errors or warnings or the rows you may exclude from your contribution.
