To update member details, clients need to log into the SMSF Hub, click on the Members and Trustees/Directors menu, then click on the appropriate member and update the details there.
If the member is listed as a Director the TFN or DOB fields won't appear as an option to update. To update TFN or DOB, please update the Role to member or Member/Trustee and the TFN/DOB option will appear. Once updated, please click the save button to save the changes. If the role was updated from Director, please change the role back to Director at this point and save again.
