This error occurs when there has been a technical issue with the ATO and they haven’t been able to properly verify this rollover which has caused this issue. This does not necessarily indicate that there isn’t an error with the rollover - just that the ATO system is experiencing a technical issue. Please try and initiate the rollover again shortly and hopefully it will go through.
