Please proceed to login to to the SMSF Hub, once logged in please navigate to the Rollovers menu (left hand side of screen)
Once there, click on the Rollover you wish to download the report for, then click on the name of the member (the font colour will be blue)
When that is done, a menu will pop up on the right hand side which is where the report can be downloaded.
