The rollover could not be processed due to rules within Superannuation fund means that the other superfund has rules that have not allowed this rollover.
Clients will need to reach out to the other superfund to ask them why this occured and how to resolve. Once this has been ascertained, the rollover will need to be initiated again.
When you reach out to the superfund please ensure to provide them with your conversation ID (seen on the rollover menu when you click on the rollover) and your SMSF ABN so they can locate this specific rollover in their system and advise why it was rejected.
