If after approximately a week a rollover response hasn't been received and there is no update within the SMSF Hub portal (we will reach out via email if we receive anything) please follow up with the superfund with your SMSF ABN and the conversation ID (available in the SMSF Hub once a rollover has been initiated) which will allow the superfund to locate the rollover.
The conversation ID is a unique reference in Superstream that both wrkr and the superfund are able to search, to locate a specific rollover. No other rollover will have the same conversation ID reference. To find the conversation ID, please click on the Rollovers menu. The conversation ID will be displayed in the first column of the Rollover table however it may be difficult to copy. If you have difficulty copying the conversation ID, please click into the specific rollover and the Conversation ID will be displayed as shown in the below example:
