A rollover describes the process of transferring the whole balance or a partial balance of superannuation from one superannuation fund to another. Rollovers consist of either a 'roll in' or a 'roll out', depending on the direction of the transfer.
If superannuation is being transferred from Superfund A into your SMSF, then superannuation is being 'rolled in'.
If superannuation is being transferred from your SMSF into Superfund B, then superannuation is being 'rolled out'.
Rollovers within Superstream support the following scenarios:
- Transactions between an APRA superfund and a SMSF
- Transactions between a SMSF and a SMSF
