Context: This guide demonstrates the process of resetting a User’s MFA from the Wrkr Portal.

Step by Step
1. Reset Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) for a User

2. Within the Settings tab, select Users.

3. To reset a user's MFA, click on the three dot action menu for the user you wish to reset.

4. Note: For users that are not yet 'Active', you cannot reset their MFA.

5. As Wrkr Portal is active, we can reset their MFA.

6. Select Reset MFA.

7. You will be prompted to verify your account before resetting a user's MFA. Enter your MFA code and click Continue.

8. Once complete, you will see a success message to confirm that the user's MFA has been reset.

9. Now, let's log in again as the user we had reset.

10. We are now taken to the MFA setup screen for us to reconfigure our MFA method before logging in.
