In your new portal there are two ways to upload a contribution - either by File upload via a SAFF file or Manual Grid. This Guide will take you through submitting a contribution by the FILE UPLOAD
Go to the contributions tab on the left hand side. Once you are in the contributions section, select + NEW CONTRIBUTION
You will need to select your preferred way to populate your contribution. Please select FILE UPLOAD and proceed to upload your SAFF file with your contribution data.
You can also add a file description (which is optional) Once complete please click NEXT
Your contribution details will be displayed in the contribution grid. You will see a summary of the data from the contribution file. Once you are happy with the data, please click NEXT
You will see a summary of the contribution file where you can check the details at a glance.
It will also display your preferred payment details. In the example below this is for DIRECT DEBIT. You can check the DIRECT DEBIT details and also “SCHEDULE PAYMENT FOR LATER” if that is your preference.
Once you have checked all details are correct please Submit contribution for payment
You will receive a confirmation that your contribution has been submitted and notification that your account will be debited (if paying by direct debit)
Once complete select Return to contributions and you will see your contribution in the table.
Once the Direct Debit has cleared the payment status will be updated to SENT TO FUND
EFT PAYMENT
If you are paying by EFT you will be shown a summary screen with payment details. You will need to submit the payment using the details included in the summary below
Once complete select Return to Contributions and you will see your contribution in the table.
Once the EFT has been paid, the payment status will be updated to SENT TO FUND
