Context: This article documents an employer’s options when online onboarding is not progressing.

Step by Step
1. Digital Onboarding Exceptions

2. If an employee's status is marked as Invite sent, this indicates that they may not have commenced their onboarding.

3. If the link no longer works, or the employee has lost the invite – you can select Resend invite via the action drop-down to send a new one.

4. If an employee has started, but not completed their onboarding process – their status will be reflected as Onboarding.

5. If you wish to supplement, or update any of their details – Click on the employee's name.

6. Whilst onboarding, the Employee details screen allows you to see the information that has been provided. To make any updates, or to enter information on their behalf, you can click Edit in the header of each section.

7. If you have supplemented the outstanding details, you can now Activate employment.

8. Alternatively, you can cancel the invite and re-onboard the employee manually once all details are known.
