Query 1:
My Registration link has expired
Registration links to digitally onboard are valid for 7 days. After that time they will expire. You can resend the invite by logging into your portal. Go to the Employee dashboard page. Click on the three dots next to the employee name and select "RESEND INVITE"
Query 2:
I didn't receive my SMS Code
If you are having issues receiving a SMS to your mobile phone
Double check you have input the correct mobile number
Select "DIDN'T RECEIVE THE CODE"
Then "CHECK THAT YOUR MOBILE NUMBER IS CORRECT"
The mobile number that has been input will be displayed on the screen. You can edit this number and then select "SEND CODE"
OR you can select use an "AUTHENTICATION APP" instead if you are continuing to experience log in issues
