Why do I need to migrate? Can't I stay on ClickSuper?
With Payday Super commencing from 1 July 2026, employers will move from quarterly super payments to more frequent contribution processing aligned to pay runs. This increases the importance of visibility, validation and operational efficiency across every contribution cycle.
ClickSuper remains supported and PayDay Super compliant, however we encourage our clients to migrate to wrkr, which has been designed to help businesses, payroll providers, bookkeepers and advisors manage super contributions with greater visibility, streamlined workflows and built-in validation capabilities.
As part of your migration from ClickSuper to wrkr, you’ll be moving to a platform built to support the operational demands of Payday Super and higher-frequency super processing.
Do I need to do anything to prepare?
Nothing needs to be done to make your organisation eligible for migration to wrkr, however our migration guides have a short checklist of items to review prior which will make the migration process smoother.
How do I kick off migration?
When ready, a banner will appear in your organisation dashboard the next time you log in to your system administrator account with details on how to start migration.
What can I expect during migration? What information is migrated across?
We've prepared some guides on the migration process - you can access them here.
How long will it take?
The migration from ClickSuper to wrkr can all be completed in a single session.
I've received an email asking me to register - but it doesn't work when I click the link. How can I fix this now to make my PayDay Super payments?
If your registration link has expired, another user in your ClickSuper account have may received the invite.
They are able to invite you to the organisation - otherwise please contact support@wrkr.com.au to obtain a new one.
When do we need to complete migration by?
To support the implementation of PayDay Super, Eligible Organisations should start seeing the banner from June 2026. We will reach out to our partners to arrange migration plans within a similar timeframe.
We encourage clients to migrate as soon as they are able to once eligible.
Its past 1 July 2026 and I haven't migrated. What is going on?
ClickSuper will remain available in its current form post 1 July 2026, and clients can still process on that platform if there isn’t full readiness by 1 July 2026.

Does migrating to wrkr mean my organisation loses access to ClickSuper?
No, you will retain access to ClickSuper in read-only mode so that you can reference historical data once your migration is complete.
I started a contribution in ClickSuper but have not finalised it - what happens if I migrate now?
wrkr recommends that you complete any 'in-flight' transactions in ClickSuper before commencing migration to wrkr.
Any contributions or payments submitted in ClickSuper, or returns received for ClickSuper payments, will continue to be processed in ClickSuper. Any corrective actions should then be uploaded to Wrkr once you have registered.
Do I have to pay more to use wrkr?
Clients of ClickSuper will continue their existing fee arrangements post-transition to wrkr until 1st July 2027. Your existing fee arrangements can be found in the appropriate PDS on the ClickSuper website.
After registering with wrkr, will existing ClickSuper login credentials still be the same, or will new access details be issued?
If your organisation previously uploaded files to ClickSuper via the portal, then a new account with login details will be created during migration.
Your payroll software provider may also be integrated with wrkr separately - we encourage you to contact them for more information prior to migration.
We're a payroll provider partnering with wrkr - will our link to our clients be impacted?
Your clients will be migrated across to the new platform with their linkages to you intact.
Why do I need a default fund? ClickSuper doesn’t require one!
Employers are required by the ATO to select a default fund in case their employees haven’t chosen a fund, or do not have a stapled fund. Employers do not need to have an existing, or establish any relationship a nominated default fund.
Please refer to the ATO Page for more guidance.
What is a refund account?
wrkr provides the ability for organisations to receive any returns or refunds from transactions into a different account than from where they pay their contributions from. While we’ve defaulted this account to the same details as the account you pay contributions from, you are free to provide a different one if desired. Note that changing bank accounts will trigger our Identity Verification Process.
I can see my organisation twice in 'My Organisations'/'Search Organisations' screen - whats going on?
This occurs if your organisation previously used wrkr for STP - the migration process creates a new organisation so as to not impact your current STP history. wrkr will merge these organisations at a later date.
What is a Member Verification Request? Do I need to send one for all my employees?
A Member Verification Request (MVR) is a message sent to a Super Fund to verify the employee's membership. They are mandatory when an employee’s fund details have changed, or when contributing to an employee’s chosen super fund for the first time (unless the contribution is being made to your nominated default fund).
MVR functionality is being introduced in a phased approach across the superannuation industry from 1 July 2026 through to February 2027 - wrkr meets these compliance requirements now, and we will continue to improve upon our MVR capabilities prior to the February date.
Clients that use our ClickSuper API bridge will only be required to submit MVRs in the scenarios above and can do so via the wrkr UI.
