Pre-Migration Readiness Check
This guide will walk you through the key steps for migrating your organisation from ClickSuper to wrkr - however, before you begin, please run through the below checklist to ensure that the details being migrated are up to date:
Please note that prior to migrating, if you:
Submit any contributions/payments in ClickSuper, or
Receive any returns for payments sent from ClickSuper
That these will be processed in ClickSuper. Any corrective actions should be uploaded to wrkr once your organisation has completed migration.
Migration Process
Log into your ClickSuper Account as your organisation’s administrator (contact support if you don’t know who that is) where you should see the yellow migration banner. Use the icons next to your ABN and Wrkr ID to copy these to your clipboard as you'll need them in the next step and click on ‘Register this organisation’:
Next, you’ll need to finalise the registration of your organisation. You’ll be asked to enter your ABN and your Wrkr ID, registering your organisation with details from ClickSuper:
The below guide can help you through the process:
Post Migration
Once you arrive at the wrkr dashboard, the QuickStart checklist will direct you to steps required to finalise your organisation registration and migration process:
Invite Users - The other users of your organisation will appear as ‘inactive’ here - simply select ‘Invite User’, assign them the appropriate role and ‘Send Invite’. They’ll be directed to our user registration process via an email.
Add Default Fund - You’ll need to nominate a default fund to pay super to your employees if they haven’t chosen a fund, or don’t have a stapled fund. You can find out more about default funds from the ATO website.
Set up Contribution Payment - Your contribution payment account details will be migrated from ClickSuper, however we recommend you review them to ensure they are correct.
Set up Refund Account - Wrkr supports the ability for contribution returns or refunds to be directed to an account that differs from the account used to pay contributions. As part of the migration process, we have pre-populated your refund account with your contribution payment bank account, however we recommend you review them to ensure they are correct.
Note: Any changes to bank accounts in wrkr will need to go through our verification process once migration from ClickSuper is completed.
Once those steps are complete, you’re ready to submit contributions for your employees. You can refer to the below to guide you through the contribution submission process:
