Pre-Migration Readiness Check

wrkr aims to make the migration from ClickSuper to our new wrkr platform as easy as possible. To set up for success, we’ve prepared the below to give you and your clients a view of what to expect during migration.

To ensure that your clients are ready for migration - we recommend that:

You provide wrkr with a migration contact from your team.

Create a ClickSuper account for each of your staff who need access to wrkr - generic or shared logins (eg accounts@example.com or payroll@example.com) should be avoided to prevent issues in wrkr may cause issues in wrkr.

Your clients check that their user first name, family name and emails are updated.

Your clients review their bank account and payment methods to ensure they are updated.

You advise your clients to plan pay runs to fall outside of the migration date to minimise disruption to your business processes.

Your team advise Wrkr if any clients that are NOT ready to migrate on the agreed date.

Migration Process - For your clients

Your clients will receive an email inviting them to register their user account with wrkr:

• Setting Up MFA

Once completed, their users will be be registered with their organisations and be able to access the wrkr UI.

Post Migration

While your clients can immediately start using wrkr - we recommend that they familiarise themselves with the platform, as well as review the data that has been migrated prior to processing.
