Pre-Migration Readiness Check
wrkr aims to make the migration from ClickSuper to our new wrkr platform as easy as possible. To set up for success, we’ve prepared the below to give you and your clients a view of what to expect during migration.

Migration Process - For your staff
Prior to the agreed date, wrkr will set up your channel and your staff who need access to wrkr will receive invitations to set up their User Accounts.
Once done, your staff should see the wrkr Admin Portal Dashboard:
On the agreed date, wrkr will trigger the migration of your client organisations from ClickSuper - once the process is complete, your dashboard should look like this:
Migration Process - For your clients
Your clients will receive an email inviting them to register their user account with wrkr:

Once completed, their users will be be registered with their organisations and be able to access the wrkr UI.
Post Migration
wrkr will advise your migration contact once the process is complete for all of your clients. While you can immediately start using wrkr - we recommend that you or your clients familiarise yourself with the platform, as well as review the data that has been migrated prior to processing.
