When your ClickSuper account moves to Wrkr, your existing payment method moves with you. There is nothing you need to set up or reconfigure as part of the migration.
What payment methods are available?
Following migration, Wrkr supports the following payment methods:
- Direct Debit
- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
- BPAY®
Your current payment method will be carried across during the migration process.
Do I need to change my payment method?
No.
Wrkr will migrate all customers with their existing payment method, so there's nothing for you to set up. The transition is designed to minimise disruption and ensure a smooth go-live.
How quickly do payments clear?
Direct Debit and EFT payments are expected to clear within 2–3 business days of submission.
This sits well inside the Payday Super 7-day contribution window, giving you a buffer before the deadline. Because payments land early in the window, any errors can be resolved before your next run, so each payday starts clean.
Are payments monitored?
Yes. Every payment is tracked against SLA, so any slippage in clearing times is caught early, before it reaches your members.
Is PayID available?
Wrkr uses the New Payments Platform (NPP) as part of its payment infrastructure, supporting faster movement of contributions and helping businesses prepare for Payday Super.
PayID is planned for use in the future. We'll provide advance notice before it becomes available.
Will payment method pricing change?
Some payment methods may incur additional transaction fees. Any future pricing changes will be communicated in advance so you have time to review your options.
