Setting up a user account for submitting your superannuation contributions is easy...
let's begin creating your user account by following these steps:
- Fill in first name
- Last name
- Work email (You will be sent a confirmation in the next step so make sure you have access to this email inbox)
Please read the terms of use and privacy policy, tick the box to confirm and press continue.
Now you will need to create a password:
TIP: Please be conscious when picking your password that it is one that is not easily guessed and one that hasn’t been previously leaked in data leaks. |
- Type in your password using the guidelines of required letters and characters
- Re-type that same password again, confirming the password for your account and continuing the user account creation process.
After creating your password, you will be sent a verification code to the email address from the first step.
Enter the verification code sent to you by email into the space here. Once you type the code in, then press verify to continue.
It is then time to set up your multi-factor authentication.
For extra protection, we suggest you set up MFA using an authenticator app like Google Authenticator and then verify your mobile phone number.
Once you’ve downloaded the google authentication app, hit the + to add an account and either scan the QR code or manually enter the set up key.
TIP: Once you’ve either scanned or manually entered the code, you will then have a code that is constantly being regenerated for your own safety. You will take this temporary code and then type it into the space provided.
Congratulations, you successfully setup your MFA authentication with an app. After completing this, you will now also verify your mobile phone number.
